What can I keep in EverTrace?

What is included for free?

What happens if EverTrace Plus ends?
Your existing records remain readable and editable. If more than three items remain, you need to reactivate Plus or complete deletion of items before saving another item.
Does EverTrace send documents to an AI service?
No. Document recognition and supported assistance run on your device. Ask My Records may use Apple's on-device language model when available and uses local keyword lookup if that assistance is unavailable or cannot interpret a request.
Does EverTrace sync or back up my records?
EverTrace does not provide its own cloud sync or export archive. Records may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings, but EverTrace cannot verify that a usable backup exists. Keep important originals somewhere you trust.
Can I rely on EverTrace to confirm a warranty or deadline?
Recognition and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check dates, terms, and details against the original document. EverTrace does not determine warranty, insurance, legal, or contractual eligibility, and reminder delivery is not guaranteed.
