Before reporting a match problem

Compare the barcode, model, batch, and product name with the physical package and the linked official notice. Include the dataset date shown in the app, but do not email medical records or other sensitive personal information.

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, then use Restore Purchases inside Güvenli. Apple manages payments and refund requests.
