Terms of Use

1. Agreement and license
These Terms govern your use of Güvenli, an iPhone application developed by 3Nsofts. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. 3Nsofts grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
2. What Güvenli provides
Güvenli presents product, package-label, and reference evidence. It can help you inspect:
- Official product recall evidence
- Allergen and nutrition evidence from a physical package
- Additive and E-number reference information
- Separately identified community-sourced product information
3. Evidence limitations
Güvenli does not guarantee that:
- Every product is represented or every warning is available
- Every database is complete or current at all times
- OCR, barcode recognition, or candidate matching is error-free
- Community information is accurate, current, or complete
- An unmatched product is safe or free from risk
A result stating that no matching official warning was found means only that no match was found within the available covered data. It is not a safety certification.
4. Separate evidence domains
Official recalls, physical-package allergens, nutrition declarations, additive references, and community information are independent. A result in one domain cannot confirm, dismiss, or override another domain.
5. Your responsibility to verify
Before making an important decision, verify information using:
- The physical product package and identifiers
- Manufacturer information
- The linked original authority notice
- Qualified medical or professional advice when appropriate
OCR text is editable and untrusted until you compare it with the physical package and confirm it. You are responsible for ensuring that the scanned or entered information corresponds to the product you are examining.
6. No medical or emergency reliance
Güvenli is not a medical device, diagnosis service, emergency-warning service, personalized diet, or exposure calculator. Do not rely on it for emergency decisions. Urgent health or poisoning concerns should be directed to appropriate local emergency or medical professionals.
7. Third-party sources and services
Official agencies, Open Food Facts, Google, and Apple remain responsible for their respective services and content. Availability, coverage, terms, and interfaces may change without notice. Community data may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate.
Güvenli and 3Nsofts are not endorsed by any authority merely because the app links to, cites, or uses data published by that authority.
8. Availability and offline operation
Features may be unavailable because of network conditions, denied camera permission, source outages, failed dataset updates, App Store service failures, or advertising and consent-service availability. Where possible, the app continues using its last valid bundled or downloaded dataset.
9. Advertising and Remove Ads
The free app may display one fixed-size banner advertisement on the home screen. Remove Ads is intended as a one-time non-consumable purchase associated with your Apple Account. Apple handles payment, restoration, refunds, and purchase administration under its policies.
Removing advertisements does not change evidence, searches, coverage, results, or any product-checking functionality.
10. Intellectual property and attribution
Güvenli's original software, interface, writing, and branding belong to 3Nsofts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Official-source and dataset content remains subject to its source's rights, licenses, and required attribution. You must not remove attribution or imply authority endorsement.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute protected datasets contrary to their licenses, or use Güvenli for an unlawful purpose.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Güvenli is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3Nsofts does not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy and is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified, incomplete, stale, or incorrectly scanned information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any consumer right or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes, governing rules, and contact
Features and these Terms may change. Updated Terms will appear at this URL with a new effective date. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence continue to apply. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
