Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Güvenli

Güvenli is developed by 3Nsofts, an independent software studio operated by Ehsan Azish in Türkiye. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

2. No developer account

Güvenli does not require your name, email address, phone number, user account, age, weight, pregnancy status, medical history, diagnosis, or consumption history. 3Nsofts does not operate an account or advertising-profile backend for Güvenli.

3. Information stored on your device

The following information is stored locally and is not uploaded to a 3Nsofts account or server:

• Allergen selections and custom allergen terms
• Search history and confirmed label-check history
• Nutrition observations and additive checks
• Corrected OCR text
• Downloaded offline datasets and local search indexes

You can delete relevant profiles and histories from within the app. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored application data, subject to Apple's device backup and restoration behavior.

4. Camera and on-device recognition

Camera access is used to scan barcodes and physical package labels. Recognition runs on the device. Captured label images are not retained by default. Recognized text is editable and should be compared with the physical package before you confirm it.

Camera images and corrected OCR text are not sent to Google for advertising and are not uploaded to a 3Nsofts server.

5. Network requests

Depending on the feature you use, Güvenli may contact:

• Dataset-update endpoints to obtain verified offline-data snapshots
• Open Food Facts for optional community-sourced barcode information
• Official-source websites when you choose to open a source link
• Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform
• Apple's App Store for Remove Ads purchases and restoration

An Open Food Facts request may transmit the barcode you requested and ordinary network information such as an IP address. It does not transmit your allergen profile, camera image, OCR text, nutrition history, or search history.

6. Advertising and consent

The free version displays one fixed-size Google Mobile Ads banner on the home screen. The banner is hidden while scanning interfaces and sheets are open. Google's consent system is used where required.

Personalized advertising is disabled in Güvenli's configuration. Google's SDKs may nevertheless process identifiers and technical information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, frequency control, consent handling, performance, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.

Current Google SDK privacy manifests disclose potential processing of:

• Coarse location
• Device ID
• Product interaction and advertising data
• Crash, performance, and other diagnostic data

Current App Store privacy answers identify Device ID as linked to identity and used for tracking; coarse location, product interaction, and advertising data as potentially linked to identity but not used for tracking; and crash, performance, and other diagnostic data as not linked to identity. These classifications may change when SDK behavior or App Store requirements change.

Google processes data under its own policies. Review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about how it uses data from apps that use its services.

7. Remove Ads purchase

Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. 3Nsofts does not receive or store payment card numbers, bank details, or Apple Account credentials. The app receives only the StoreKit transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore the purchase.

8. Children and medical information

Güvenli does not intentionally request personal information from children. The app is not a medical device, diagnosis service, emergency-warning service, substitute for medical advice, or personalized dietary or exposure calculator.

9. Security and retention

Dataset updates are verified before activation, and the previous valid snapshot is retained for rollback. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information processed by Apple, Google, Open Food Facts, or official-source websites is governed by those providers' security and retention practices.

10. Your choices

• Deny or revoke camera permission in iOS Settings
• Delete profiles and histories inside Güvenli
• Decline optional community lookups by not using them
• Use available consent controls for advertising
• Purchase Remove Ads or restore an existing entitlement

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised. Contact [email protected] with questions or requests.
