Number Network Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Number Network, provided by 3Nsofts. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Number Network is a single-player strategy puzzle for entertainment and educational enrichment. Its arithmetic explanations and puzzle content are not professional, financial, medical, or educational certification advice.
2. License
Subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules, 3Nsofts grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Number Network on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent technical protections, or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Number Network, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate applicable law, or reproduce its software, artwork, puzzle content, music, or branding without permission.
4. Progress and device storage
Gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally. Number Network does not currently provide an account or cloud-sync service. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you wish to use. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or losing access to a backup may permanently remove local progress.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every future operating-system or device version.
6. Intellectual property
Number Network, including its software, puzzle designs, text, graphics, interface, sound, music, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by 3Nsofts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Number Network is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, use, or profits arising from use of or inability to use Number Network. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
9. Apple App Store
These terms are between you and 3Nsofts, not Apple. 3Nsofts, not Apple, is responsible for Number Network and its content, support, and maintenance, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them as they relate to your licensed use of the app.
Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and other applicable App Store rules.
10. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related rights survive termination where applicable.
11. Governing rules
These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights available where you live. Nothing in these terms deprives you of rights that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the app, App Store requirements, or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will be published here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
