1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Nourava ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
3Nsofts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Nourava on any iPhone you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms of Service and these terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Nourava
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use Nourava for any unlawful purpose
- Sell or sublicense access to Nourava
3. Subscription and Billing
Nourava is available via a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, managed through Apple's App Store. A 7-day free trial is included for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
3Nsofts does not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple. For billing disputes, contact Apple Support.
4. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Nourava features. After the trial period, the subscription fee is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may only use the free trial once per Apple ID.
5. Intellectual Property
Nourava, its name, design, code, readiness algorithms, copy library, and all associated assets are the property of 3Nsofts. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6. Health Data and HealthKit
Nourava reads HealthKit data from your Apple Health records with your explicit permission. By granting this access, you allow Nourava to process this data locally on your device to generate your readiness score and insights.
You may revoke HealthKit access at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Nourava.
7. Important Health Disclaimer
Nourava is a wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The readiness score and insights provided by Nourava are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, exercise, or treatment based on information from this app.
Nourava has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, MHRA, or any other regulatory body as a medical device.
8. No Warranty
Nourava is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of health insights, and non-infringement.
3Nsofts does not warrant that:
- Nourava will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Readiness scores will accurately reflect your physiological state
- Correlation insights represent clinically validated findings
- The app will meet your personal health requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3Nsofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including physical harm, loss of data, or health decisions made based on app outputs — arising from your use of or inability to use Nourava.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Your Data
You own your health data and journal entries. 3Nsofts has no access to them. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is stored and handled.
11. Apple Platform Terms
Your use of Nourava is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms of Service and the App Store Review Guidelines. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern for matters within Apple's platform.
12. Updates and Changes
3Nsofts may update Nourava at any time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
Subscription pricing may change upon renewal. We will notify you of price changes through the App Store before they take effect.
13. Termination
3Nsofts may terminate your licence to use Nourava at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device is not affected.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3Nsofts operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable local courts, as required by Apple's Developer Agreement.
