1. Acceptance
These Terms govern the use of MyLiveDJ, a macOS application provided by 3Nsofts. By downloading or using MyLiveDJ, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
2. License
3Nsofts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MyLiveDJ on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple's applicable usage rules. MyLiveDJ is licensed, not sold.
3. Music-service requirements
MyLiveDJ does not provide music, a streaming account, or a music-service subscription. Apple Music playback requires an eligible Apple Music subscription. Spotify functionality requires the Spotify desktop application and a compatible Spotify account. Availability may vary by account, plan, region, operating system, and third-party service changes. You remain responsible for following Apple Music and Spotify terms.
4. Permissions
Some features require permission to access Apple Music or automate Spotify. You may decline or revoke these permissions, but the related functionality may become unavailable. MyLiveDJ does not bypass macOS privacy or security controls.
5. Automated playback
Auto mode may start, pause, resume, shuffle, skip, or change playlists based on locally detected activity context. Context detection is approximate, and MyLiveDJ cannot guarantee that every playlist will match your preference, mood, activity, or environment. Use Suggest or Off mode when you do not want automatic changes.
6. Third-party services
Apple Music, Spotify, macOS, and the Mac App Store are operated by third parties. 3Nsofts does not control their availability, pricing, catalog, account restrictions, APIs, advertising, or policies. Apple Music and Spotify names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Pricing and purchases
MyLiveDJ is free to download and includes a full 14-day free trial of its features, including adaptive playlists, Apple Music and Spotify support, Suggest mode, and Auto DJ mode. No payment details are required to start the trial, and there is no automatic charge when it ends.
After the evaluation ends, adaptive music playback requires a one-time permanent unlock through Apple's In-App Purchase system. This is not a subscription. There are no recurring payments, automatic renewals, or cancellation requirements. If you do not purchase the unlock, the trial simply ends.
The final purchase price is shown by Apple before you confirm the purchase and may vary by country, currency, and applicable taxes. Purchases, ownership verification, restoration, refunds, billing, and Family Sharing availability are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer MyLiveDJ except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Circumvent licensing, App Store protections, or macOS security controls
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application
- Use the application to violate copyright, music-service rules, or applicable law
- Interfere with the application’s operation or security
9. Ownership
MyLiveDJ, its design, source code, branding, and original assets are owned by 3Nsofts and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Availability and updates
3Nsofts may provide updates, fixes, playlist adjustments, or compatibility changes. Features may change when required by macOS, Apple Music, Spotify, App Store requirements, or security considerations. Permanent compatibility with every future third-party service version is not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimer
MyLiveDJ is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. 3Nsofts does not guarantee uninterrupted playback, exact context detection, permanent third-party compatibility, or availability of a specific song or playlist. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, MyLiveDJ or a connected music service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using MyLiveDJ at any time by deleting it. The license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive where applicable.
14. Changes
3Nsofts may update these Terms to reflect application changes, third-party requirements, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
15. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 3Nsofts, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country or region.
