Forge Suite - Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Forge Suite or any included app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Apps covered by these terms

These terms apply to Forge Suite and its included apps:

• Sheetforge
• Paperforge
• Pictureforge
• Filmforge
• Waveforge

License

3Nsofts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Forge Suite on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Price

Forge Suite is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium tiers, accounts, or watermarks.

Your content

You retain ownership of the spreadsheets, documents, photos, videos, audio files, transcripts, projects, and other content you create or edit with Forge Suite. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process, edit, export, or share your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forge Suite to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the apps except where allowed by law;
• use the apps in a way that could damage, disable, or impair Apple systems or services.

Privacy

Forge Suite is designed for local, private workflows. Please read the Forge Suite Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

Forge Suite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Forge Suite.

Backups

You are responsible for backing up your own files and projects. Forge Suite processes local files on your Mac, and 3Nsofts cannot recover files that are deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or lost.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms if Forge Suite changes. The latest version will always be available at 3nsofts.com/forgesuite/terms.
