1. Acceptance

By downloading, purchasing, or using Driftor, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

3Nsofts grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Driftor on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable platform terms.

You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or use Driftor for unlawful purposes except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

Readiness states and window estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not use Driftor for safety-critical, medical, employment, or other high-stakes decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.

4. Apple Health Data

Driftor uses HealthKit data only after you grant permission. You are responsible for reviewing and managing those permissions. Health data can be missing, delayed, or affected by device use and sensor availability.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Driftor may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through Apple before renewal.
• Pricing and trial availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by region.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and applicable consumer law.
• Family Sharing availability depends on Apple's rules and your account configuration.

6. Free and Pro Features

Free functionality may include a current readiness estimate and focus tracking. Pro functionality may include upcoming-window estimates, extended history, pattern reports, and Primed notifications. Features may change as the app develops.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of your HealthKit records and focus-history content. Driftor's handling of those records is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining device and iCloud access and for exporting or retaining any information you need.

8. Availability and Changes

Driftor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Apple device, or continued availability of Apple frameworks and services.

9. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from Driftor, including loss caused by reliance on a readiness estimate. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Driftor during the preceding 12 months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property

Driftor's software, design, branding, and original content belong to 3Nsofts or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using Driftor at any time. We may terminate the license if you materially violate these terms. Subscription cancellation and deletion of app data are separate actions.

13. Governing Terms

Applicable local law and mandatory consumer protections govern these terms. Your use of Driftor is also subject to Apple's Media Services and App Store terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
