DimensionForge Privacy Policy

DimensionForge is a Mac app for creating and delivering 3D projects. Projects are edited locally. We do not operate a DimensionForge account, advertising service, analytics service, or cloud project store.
Projects and local data
Geometry, textures, object names, commands, recovery copies, recent-project bookmarks, settings, and the local agent audit log stay on your Mac. DimensionForge accesses files you select through macOS sandbox permissions. It does not send project contents or diagnostics to 3Nsofts.
Purchases
Apple StoreKit loads DimensionForge Pro product information and handles purchases, renewals, and restores. Apple processes billing information. The app receives verified transaction and entitlement information needed to show your plan and unlock Pro features. It stores a local indicator that Pro was previously held so an expired or revoked plan can be labelled as lapsed. The app does not store your payment card, Apple Account identifier, receipt, or purchase price. Apple's own privacy policy governs its payment services.
Diagnostics and support
A diagnostic export is created only when you request it. It contains app and schema versions, coarse system information, object-count summaries, and validation results. It excludes geometry, texture bytes, and file-system paths. You decide whether to share it. If you email support, we receive only the information you choose to include in that email.
Network use and third parties
DimensionForge has no app-owned internet client, advertising SDK, or crash-upload service. StoreKit uses Apple services for product information and purchases. Local agent connections use an authenticated Unix-domain socket and do not send data to a 3Nsofts server. Websites opened from the app follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Your projects remain where you save them. Recovery data, bookmarks, preferences, and the local lapsed-plan indicator remain on your Mac until you remove the app data. 3Nsofts cannot recover or delete local projects for you. Apple manages purchase records under its policies. You can export, move, or delete your projects at any time and manage subscriptions in your Apple Account.
