Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Tidro. By downloading or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of Tidro ('the App'), developed and published by Ehsan Azish operating as 3nsofts ('we', 'us', 'our'). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3nsofts. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Tidro on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Sublicense or sell access to the App

3. In-App Purchase

Tidro is free to download and includes one rule at no cost. The 'Unlock Unlimited Rules' feature is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase at the price displayed in the App Store for your region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The purchase unlocks unlimited rules permanently, with no recurring fees.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use the 'Restore purchase' option in the app.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, design, code, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of Ehsan Azish / 3nsofts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The files and content you choose to organise using Tidro
The folder permissions you grant to the App
Maintaining backups of your files

Tidro moves files on your Mac — please ensure you have appropriate backups before use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tidro is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ehsan Azish / 3nsofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of files, or loss of business — arising from your use of or inability to use Tidro, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchase, if any.

Important: File Operations

Tidro performs file move operations on your Mac based on rules and classifications you configure. We are not responsible for any unintended file movements or data loss. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important files. The undo feature is provided as a convenience and does not replace a proper backup strategy.

8. Apple Requirements

These Terms are between you and Ehsan Azish / 3nsofts only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for Tidro or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall prevail. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for Tidro.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
