RunBabyRun Privacy Policy

Privacy at a glance

• RunBabyRun does not contain third-party advertising.
• We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or behavioral advertising SDKs.
• We do not require you to create an account with 3Nsofts.
• Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Optional online features use Apple Game Center and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices.
• We do not operate a gameplay server or maintain a database of RunBabyRun players.

Information stored on your device

RunBabyRun stores gameplay information locally using Apple’s on-device storage. This may include:

• high scores and completed runs;
• collected and banked gems;
• mission and achievement progress;
• jumps, ducks, T-Rex chase progress, and biome progress;
• unlocked and selected cosmetic trails;
• selected character;
• tutorial completion;
• audio, motion, accessibility, and interface preferences; and
• limited gameplay diagnostics used to improve collision and jump behavior.

This information is used to provide the App’s features and personalize your gameplay. 3Nsofts does not receive this locally stored information. You can remove it by deleting the App, subject to the behavior of your device backups and Apple services.

Apple Game Center

RunBabyRun supports optional Apple Game Center features, including:

• authentication;
• leaderboards and rankings;
• achievements and challenges;
• friend and global leaderboard views; and
• optional live two-player races and invitations.

When you sign in to Game Center, Apple may process information such as your Game Center nickname, avatar, identifiers, scores, achievements, friends, opponents, and game activity. Apple controls Game Center and processes this information under Apple’s own privacy policies and settings.

RunBabyRun accesses only the Game Center information needed to provide these features. For live races, the App uses Game Center player identifiers temporarily to create the same randomized race layout for both players. During a match, current distance and score are transmitted to the other player through Apple Game Center, and the other player’s Game Center display name may be shown in the App. 3Nsofts does not operate a separate multiplayer server and does not retain this information in a developer database.

You can use the core offline game without participating in Game Center. You can manage Game Center, activity sharing, friends, nearby players, and related privacy options in your Apple device settings. For details, see Apple’s Game Center & Privacy notice.

Information we do not collect

RunBabyRun does not ask for or independently collect:

• your name, email address, postal address, or phone number;
• precise or approximate location;
• contacts, photos, camera, or microphone content;
• health, financial, or payment information;
• advertising identifiers;
• browsing history or data from other apps; or
• data for cross-app or cross-website tracking.

The App currently contains no advertising, in-app purchases, or external analytics service.

Children and family use

RunBabyRun is designed to be suitable for a broad family audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children and do not provide open chat, free-form messaging, or profile creation through 3Nsofts.

Game Center features are provided and controlled by Apple. Availability and sharing behavior may depend on the player’s age, Apple Account, family settings, parental controls, and regional requirements. Parents and guardians should review the child’s Apple Game Center and privacy settings and supervise online multiplayer use where appropriate.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to 3Nsofts, contact us using the method below so we can review the request.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Information may be processed by Apple when you use the App Store, TestFlight, Game Center, device backup, operating-system diagnostics, or other Apple services. Those services are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, and security; however, the App itself does not provide us with a player database to disclose.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is reset by the App, removed through device management or backup settings, or deleted with the App.

Game Center information is controlled by Apple. Requests concerning Game Center data, identifiers, scores, achievements, friends, or account deletion should be managed through your Apple Account and Game Center settings or directed to Apple.

Because 3Nsofts does not maintain a RunBabyRun user account or gameplay database, we generally have no server-side player record to access, export, correct, or delete.

Security

We limit the App’s data handling to local device storage and Apple-provided Game Center services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we design the App to avoid unnecessary collection and transmission of information.

International use

Apple may process Game Center and App Store information in countries other than your own according to Apple’s policies. 3Nsofts does not independently transfer RunBabyRun gameplay data to a developer-operated server.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or our practices change. The updated policy will be posted on the RunBabyRun product page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
