These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Here Am I, a macOS utility built by 3Nsofts (Ehsan Azish). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

3Nsofts grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Here Am I on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

Use of the app

Here Am I is designed to help your Mac stay awake while you are present and return to normal macOS sleep behavior when you leave. You are responsible for choosing settings that are appropriate for your device, environment, energy use, and security needs.

Camera permission

Camera presence is optional. If you enable it, you are responsible for complying with any rules, notices, or consent requirements that apply in your location, workplace, school, or shared environment. You can disable camera access at any time in macOS System Settings.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the Mac App Store.
Interfere with the security, sandboxing, or normal operation of macOS.

Pricing and App Store

Here Am I is distributed through the Mac App Store. Downloads, updates, availability, and any App Store account details are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies.

No warranty

Here Am I is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 3Nsofts does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Nsofts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or device availability arising from your use of Here Am I.

Updates and changes

We may update Here Am I and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
