Here Am I is built by 3Nsofts (Ehsan Azish). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data. The short version: Here Am I does not collect personal information, does not use analytics, and does not upload camera frames or activity data.

The short version

There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud sync.
There is no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking.
Activity and presence handling happens locally on your Mac.
Camera presence is optional and only runs if you grant camera permission.
Camera frames are analyzed locally in memory and are not recorded, stored, uploaded, or shared.

What Here Am I processes

Here Am I uses local Mac state to decide when to keep your Mac awake. Depending on the mode you choose, this may include local activity signals and optional camera-based presence detection. This processing is used only to operate the keep-awake feature.

Camera presence

Camera presence is optional. If you enable it, Here Am I requests camera access through macOS so it can detect whether someone appears to be in front of the Mac. Camera frames are processed on-device, analyzed in memory, and discarded. They are not saved to disk, sent to 3Nsofts, sent to third parties, or used to identify you.

You can revoke camera access at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.

What we collect

Nothing. Here Am I does not collect personal information, usage data, diagnostics, camera frames, activity history, or device identifiers.

Network access

Here Am I does not require an account or cloud service for its core behavior. Any App Store download, update, or purchase-related data is handled by Apple through the Mac App Store, subject to Apple's privacy policies.

Third parties

Here Am I does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs. 3Nsofts does not receive your camera frames, presence signals, activity state, or keep-awake history.

Children's privacy

Here Am I does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
